Our Cupcakes

In response to the many requests from our clients we have reduced the size of our cupcakes for 2008. The new smaller and cheaper cupcake proved very popular during December for our range of special Xmas cupcakes. Our new cupcakes are priced at $2.00 each and are sold in lots of 2, 6 or 12 being $4.00, $12.00 or $24.00 respectively. The new cupcakes will be available in all of our previous flavours providing better affordability with added variety for your spend. The following flavours are available most days but not all days with other flavours being produced from time to time to ensure novelty and variety. Please order in advance by phoning our freindly staff at the Pitt Street store on (02) 9264 4644 should you wish to ensure availability of a specific flavour. Most flavours are based on either a vanilla base cupcake or a rich chocolate base cupcake.

	Lemon Meringue	- a vanilla cupcake with fresh lemon curd inside and garnished with a soft torched Italian meringue
	Carrot	- a carrot and walnut cupcake with a cream cheese frosting and garnished with a sugar carrot
	Milk Chocolate	- a rich chocolate cupcake with Belgian milk chocolate icing and garnished with a marachino cherry
	Peppermint	- a rich chocolate cupcake with a peppermint icing and garnished with a dark chocolate curl
	Strawberry	- a vanilla cupcake with strawberry icing and garnished with edible silver dragees
	Vanilla	- a vanilla cupcake with vanilla icing garnished with an edible pink daisy
	Banana	- a banana and lemon cupcake with banana cream cheese frosting and garnished with an edible flower
	Chocolate Brownie	- a chocolate cupcake laced with walnut and chocolate pieces with a rich chocolate ganache and garnished with a Belgian white chocolate swirl
	Cookies & Cream	- a rich chocolate cupcake with vanilla icing and garnished with a dusting of chocolate and an Oreo
	Dark Chocolate	- a rich chocolate cupcake with dark chocolate icing and garnished with chocolate sprinkles
	Honeycomb	- a rich chocolate cupcake with honey icing and garnished with a shard of chocolate honeycomb
	Orange Jaffa	- a vanilla cupcake with orange icing and garnished with crushed jaffas
	Passionfruit	- a vanilla cupcake with fresh passion icing and garnished with an edible purple star
	Pineapple & Coconut	- a pineapple and coconut cupcake with a soft sweet pineapple icing and garnished with shredded coconut
	Sticky Date	- a moist sticky date cupcake with caramel frosting and garnished with dark and white Belgian chocolate buttons
	Strawberries & Cream	- a traditional butterfly cupcake with a hint of strawberry filled with fresh strawberries and vanilla butter cream
	Tiramisu	- a rich chocolate cupcake with Belgian milk chocolate icing with a shot of expresso and garnished with a mascaphone and a curl of chocolate
