Cupcakes on pitt has two Sydney cupcake cafe locations. Our original Pitt Street cafe is located at Shop 2, 323-327 Pitt Street, Sydney. In Pitt Street up near Town Hall (alight here if traveling by CityRail), we are between Park Street and nearer to Bathurst Street. (Click here for a map ). We are also located at 112a O'Brien Street, Bondi Beach.

Our Pitt Street cafe is open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Our Bondi Beach cafe is open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. especially for pick-up of weekend orders. We normally close all locations from Xmas eve for about a month for our annual holidays.

There are many standard flavours and our other unique GOLD & SILVER medal winning flavours mostly available daily with other flavours being produced from time to time to ensure novelty and variety. Most flavours are based on either a vanilla base cupcake or a chocolate base cupcake. Our cupcakes are $2.00 each and are sold in lots of either 2, 6 or 12 being $4.00, $12.00 or $24.00 respectively. Our larger cupcakes, by special order only, are priced at $3.50 each.

Yes. We often do customised cupcakes for product launches and corporate promotions. Also, we can do colour co-ordination for weddings or other special events.

We are able to print corporate logos / images in full colour on 2 inch round sugar frosting labels using edible inks. To do this we require the logo in the RGB colour scheme in the JPEG file format. The higher the resolution of the image the better the result. Printed logos / images have a $1.00 per cupcake surcharge and the minimum order quantity is by the dozen.

For other customisations, depending on the intricacy, a surcharge may apply.

Yes, please phone our friendly staff at Cupcakes on pitt on (02) 9264 4644 to place your order. Please give at least one days notice for our standard sized cupcakes and sufficient time for customised orders to cover any colour or logo development time and approval. Please note that we CANNOT accept orders via email because our emails are handled by a seperate entity who is not in regular contact with our store locations.

All orders are on a cash basis, credit card or prepayment via direct credit with collection from the shop. We do NOT do deliveries. For prepayment, we will issue a Tax Invoice with appropriate bank account details, please allow sufficient time from order to collection for receipt of invoice and transfer of monies.

We do NOT do deliveries, all orders must be collected from one of our store locations during open hours.

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (VISA and Mastercard), cheque by arrangement or direct credit to our bank account. For orders, our preference is for cash, debit or credit card on collection or direct credit at least two days in advance of pick-up. We will issue a Tax Invoice for direct credit prepayment, please allow sufficient time for receipt and transfer of monies.

Do you supply or rent cake stands or cake towers ?

We can supply a disposable plastic three (3) tier cake tower for $25.00. We do NOT recommend these for weddings, rather we recommend you contact "Iced Affair" or "Bakery Sugarcraft", both have websites.

No, but we are looking into this. We have already established a domain name which will be our online shopfront on the internet.

Once we better understand just what our customers require in terms of payment methods, delivery, accessories etc. we intend to offer some online ordering capability.

No, we treasure our product and do not wish to delegate the quality of it to others. Our cupcakes are baked and prepared fresh each day without preservatives to a high quality standard, as evidenced by our recent award and medals at the 2006 and 2007 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
